From the desk of founder Principal

Our beloved CPS was founded on 1st May in the year 1997 and was inaugurated by Rev. Swami Atmakamanandaji, the then Secretary of Ramakrishna Mission Math and Mission, Contai. The aughust presence of Sri Amal Kumar Mitra, Head Master, Kishorenagar S.S.Sadan, Professor Gourhari Giri, Dept. of Botany, P. K. College, Sri Sisir Kumar Adhikari, the then Chairman of the Contai Municipality, Sri Samaresh Das, Chairman, Balageria Central Co-op. Bank Ltd., Dr. Suranjit Das and Many other adorable dignitaries had glorified the auspicious foundation ceremony. My mother Subhashini Debi also graced this occasion. The school began it’s journey at the residential premises of Prof.Gourhari Giri at Kishorenagar. A suitable plot of land was purchased where the school is presently located to reach the goal of establishing a full-fledged plus two(+2) school. It is worthy to mention that the financial assistance from Balageria Central Co-op Bank Ltd. and Purba Kadua 'O' Lalpur SKUS Ltd. helped the institution to develop its required infrastructure. The CPS family expresses cordial gratitude towards the authorities of the abovementioned financial institutions.

We, at CPS, strongly believe in ‘togetherness’ and we try to induce this very sense in the mind of each and every stakeholder of school. Since day 1, our mission is to inculcate the sense to ponder oneself as an important and integral part of CPS family. The extended CPS family is governed and managed by the following units.
